Craig J. Concannon is licensed to practice law in the States of Missouri, Illinois, Alabama, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Mr. Concannon graduated with honors from St. Louis University with a degree in Accounting in 1993 and graduated with honors in 1996 from St. Louis University Law School where he was an Editor on the St. Louis University Public Law Review and authored the article, Central Bank of Denver v. First Interstate Bank, the End of Aiding and Abetting Liability Under 10(b)-5 of the Securities Exchange Act that was mentioned as Worth Reading in the National Law Journal.
After law school Mr. Concannon clerked at the Missouri Court of Appeals where he drafted over two dozen published legal decisions. Mr. Concannon then entered private practice wherein he represented clients in a wide variety of civil and criminal matters. One such case resulted in front page headline article in Missouri Lawyers Weekly on January 7, 2002 wherein he obtained a favorable result for a client in a civil suit against a major investment firm. In December of 2009, Mr. Concannon represented a client in a commercial litigation matter against numerous governmental entities that was the subject of an Article in the St. Louis Business Journal and featured on KMOX in January of 2010. Further, Mr. Concannon represented numerous clients that resulted in numerous published decisions in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Mr. Concannon is currently a part time Prosecutor in St. Charles County wherein he prosecutes a wide variety of offenses. Mr. Concannon is a life long resident of St. Louis and graduated from DeSmet Jesuit High School in 1989. Learn more about Craig by watching this video.
